Our Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@urbanjd.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) so we can evaluate the issue and cover the return shipping costs for a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
